The Drug Addict Case:
A 40 year old male comes into your clinic. Maximus has a history of diabetes,
alcoholism, renal failure, and drug abuse. Due to his rough lifestyle, he has had a series of
illnesses and viruses. He has been complaining of weakness in his lower extremities
along with difficulty keeping his balance and frequently coming close to falls. He has

noticed difficulty talking and swallowing during the day. He has also been complaining
of shakiness in his upper extremities recently. Please evaluate and treat.
