1. Sit on heels with toes under you. 2. Arms relaxed hands in crotch 3. Strike pad and extend your hips to pad 4. Force should bring knees off the ground.
Fire out with feet back
1. Fire out from a good stance 2. Leave feet back in starting position 3. Face on pad and lockout arms 4. Force will cause you to land on belly
