7.ARBITRATIONPROVISION:
ByparticipatinginthisSweepstakes,eachentrant
agrees:(i)thatanyandalldisputestheentrantmayhavewith,orclaimsentrantmay
haveagainst,theSponsor,itsparentcompanies,affiliates,subsidiariesandagents
relatingto,arisingoutoforconnectedinanywaywith(a)theSweepstakes,(b)the
awardingorredemptionofanyprize,and/or(c)thedeterminationofthescopeor

applicabilityofthisagreementtoarbitrate,willberesolvedexclusivelybyfinaland
bindingarbitrationadministeredbyJAMSandconductedbeforethree(3)arbitratorsin
accordancewiththerulesofJAMS(ii)thisarbitrationagreementismadepursuanttoa
transactioninvolvinginterstatecommerce,andshallbegovernedbytheFederal
ArbitrationAct(FAA),9U.S.C.116(iii)thearbitrationshallbeheldinLosAngeles
County,California(iv)thearbitratorsdecisionshallbecontrolledbythetermsand
conditionsoftheseOfficialRulesandanyoftheotheragreementsreferencedherein
thattheapplicableentrantmayhaveenteredintoinconnectionwiththeSweepstakes
(v)thearbitratorshallapplyCalifornialawconsistentwiththeFAAandapplicable
statutesoflimitations,andshallhonorclaimsofprivilegerecognizedatlaw(vi)there
shallbenoauthorityforanyclaimstobearbitratedonaclassorrepresentativebasis,
arbitrationcandecideonlyentrantsand/orSponsorsindividualclaimsthearbitrator
maynotconsolidateorjointheclaimsofotherpersonsorpartieswhomaybesimilarly
situated(vii)thearbitratorshallnothavethepowertoawardpunitivedamagesagainst
theentrantorSponsor
(viii)intheeventthattheadministrativefeesanddepositsthat
mustbepaidtoinitiatearbitrationagainstSponsorexceed$125USD,andentrantis
unable(ornotrequiredundertherulesofJAMS)topayanyfeesanddepositsthat
exceedthisamount,Sponsoragreestopaythemand/orforwardthemonentrants
behalf,subjecttoultimateallocationbythearbitrator(ix)iftheentrantisableto
demonstratethatthecostsofarbitrationwillbeprohibitiveascomparedtothecostsof
litigation,Sponsorwillpayasmuchofentrantsfilingandhearingfeesinconnection
withthearbitrationasthearbitratordeemsnecessarytopreventthearbitrationfrom
beingcostprohibitiveand(x)withtheexceptionofsubpart(vi)above,ifanypartofthis
arbitrationprovisionisdeemedtobeinvalid,unenforceableorillegal,orotherwise
conflictswiththerulesofJAMS,thenthebalanceofthisarbitrationprovisionshall
remainineffectandshallbeconstruedinaccordancewithitstermsasiftheinvalid,
unenforceable,illegalorconflictingprovisionwerenotcontainedherein.If,however,
subpart(vi)isfoundtobeinvalid,unenforceableorillegal,thentheentiretyofthis
arbitrationprovisionshallbenullandvoid,andneitherentrantnorSponsorshallbe
