Your operation, Holly Harrison located at 1011 SERENADA DR, GEORGETOWN, TX
78628-1749, was recently investigated because the Department received a report concerning
possible deficiency or deficiencies of the Minimum Standard Rules or the law.
Specifically, the report states the following that led to this investigation:
A child in care was found unresponsive.

Younger children need more individualized attention than


older attention, therefore the maximum ratio changes based
on the ages of children in care. Staying within these ratios
ensures that caregivers can maintain an appropriate level of
supervision and intervene during emergencies.

911 should be contacted immediately whenever a child is


found unresponsive to ensure children receive medical care
as quickly as possible.
Caregivers should review CPR training frequently to ensure
