It is with great pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of Andrew Dartt, who was a student of mine in
digital media, business management and junior seminar at Charlotte High School.
As someone who came from the corporate world and into teaching later in life, I find that Andrew
brings with him a level of dedication, confidence, and passion for learning that I would expect from
one of my colleagues. He possesses strong skills in planning, organizing, leadership, and possesses
a high level of professionalism.
Andrew approaches tasks and projects with a sense of optimism, and completes them with diligence
and perfection. His enthusiasm, smile and positive energy is an inspiration to all; he helps to bring
people together through his amazing personality. He is always eager to be challenged, works well in
a team setting, and can always be counted on to help other students when needed. I believe these
character traits are the building blocks of a successful individual.
I have seen Andrew interact with peers and instructors; he is very well respected and always seems to
promote a sense of genuine respect. Each time I see Andrew in the hall or talking to others, he has a
great big smile and always with a pleasantry and sense of sincerity about him! His level of maturity is
a true reflection of self-discipline and well roundedness. I am proud to know Andrew; hes a true
asset to our business program, our school and community!
