CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1 Entries are open to all bloggers. The entry must contain four examples produced during 2009 and should demonstrate
strength of original content. One entry per person.

2. ENTRANTS may be individuals, teams or publishers. All those seeking recognition as having contributed to the story
should be listed on the entry form with one person nominated as a contact for the organisers.

3. PRESENTATION – Material should be on a DVD or CD or USB drive. Include URLs of live sites where applicable.
Please check for picture and/or sound quality before dispatch.
The entry should be clearly labelled and be attached to a folder. All typewritten backgrounder
information should be stapled inside the folder. The entry form should be stapled to the OUTSIDE of the folder.

4. Entries will not be available for return to entrants.

NOTE: Unless all conditions are complied with the entry will not be considered for judging. If at any time it is found
that information supplied by the entrant is incorrect, or the conditions above are not complied with, the organisers
reserve the right to publicly withdraw any award made.
The judges will seek to recognise how content generated by the website’s community of readers is incorporated into
coverage of a story or particular subject. Examples could include reader generated comment, photographs, news tips
etc.
Judges will consider all web entries and choose an overall Website of the Year.
