Heather, today in the faculty meeting and the many times we have met this year, I have noticed how you have gone out of your
way to take care of the issues that can be burdensome to us, and I can see how you are always thinking ahead and trying to make
things smoother for us. I wanted to say, Thank You, and let you know that I am very happy you are here on this campus. You are
truly a blessing to this campus.

Heather Metzgar has quickly become a valuable member of the HE staff. Mrs. Metzgar blends firmness and compassion as she
works with our children and families. She works to build relationships with staff members and the community. In a short amount of
