1995-2003, teacher
When I think back on you as a teacher, I smile. You are the textbook definition of what a teacher should be. Not only were you a
wonderful teacher but an inspiration on so many levels.
Meagan Kroesche, former student
You were the only one of the Ag teachers who demanded perfection of your teams, knowing full well we would never be perfect
but would become excellent along the way. You were the smallest teacher, with the biggest heart!
Jacob Johnson, former student

You are a definite visionary. You know what you want something to look like and you make it happen. You are a risk-taker, but in a
good sense. I think it goes alongside being a visionary leader. You are willing to take risks to make changes but not without
forethought and much planning. Therefore, the risks you are willing to take are successful, and the whole group benefits.
Dana Null, MHS CTE Department Head

You always conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner. You set a standard for behavior with faculty and students that is
needed. Your interactions with others are always respectful and encouraging. You have a good sense of what effective teaching
looks like and what teachers need to do to improve instruction in their classroom.
Nick Smith, WGI Principal

Lisa Cochran, Evaluation Specialist
Heather comes to work each day with a smile and a can-do attitude. Heather is detail-oriented and closely monitors deadlines,
time frames and documentation. Heather has strengths in many areas, one of which stands out. Heathers expectations for teachers
are high but not without support. She is always a resource or sounding board for teachers who need help. I know I am a better
counselor and co-worker because of working for Heather.
Sara Rivera, WGI Counselor
Just wanted to tell you that I miss you. I miss your kind, happy heart. Your fun spirit and the way you connect with the students,
your fun dress up outfits and the positive feeling you had with everyone. You are such a blessing. Just thought I would let you know
