    These are amounts that Chase was told to wire to the various warehouse lenders listed per instructions from New Century. New Century did not seem to use its own money for funding loans for mortgages. These warehouse lenders put the money up for the loans. This deal resulted in Chase creating a securities trust called JPMAC2006-NC1. It contained over 4200 mortgage loans. If you intend to do depositions, Lynette Nagy is the person from New Century who would know about this data. Brian L. Simons of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in New York is the person responsible for 'wiring' the list of monies to the recipients in this document. Lynette Nagy now works for Agire Mortgage in California. This was provided to me by an attorney.
