INTRO
Judaism has started 4000 years ago. Judaism is a
Monotheistic religion. The followers are called
Jews. Judaism comes from Israel. The religions
that are quite similar to Judaism is Islam and
Christianity. Jews are first to teach that there is
only 1 God. there are approximately 15 million in
the world. There are 5.7 million in the US and 5.6
Million in Israel. As you probably know Israel is
located in the Middle East. There are many names
for Israel, one of them is called Canaan.
KOSHER AND THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
Jews do not eat the same type of food that mostly
everyone does, for example they do not eat pork,
seafood. To be able to eat kosher they can only
eat animals which have a split hooves, and the
only sea animal that they can only eat have scales
if they dont, that is not kosher.the resting days for
jews are friday and saturday. This means that God
had a resting day which was a friday and saturday.
As you already probably know Christianity has the
same same commandments. The ten
commandments are one. Worship God alone. Two.
Dont worship false Idols. Three. Don't use God
names to do wrong. Four. keep the Sabbath Holy.
five. Respect your mother and father. Six. do not
murder anyone. Seven. Do not steal someone's

husband or wife. Eight. Do not steal. Nine. do not

tell lies about anyone. Ten. do not want something
that someone already has.
WORSHIPING AND HISTORY
Jews worship to God. they worship in a temple
called the Synagogue the one that leads in the
synagogue is called the rabbi. Jews were slaves a
long time ago, almost when Judaism started but a
bit longer. Moses asked the pharaoh if he could
free the Jews. then the pharaoh said no. after that
God send 10 plagues to there and they are:
number one. Is the blood, instead of water all the
water turned into blood. Number two. Was that
God send frogs to Egypt. Number three. Was that
God send Bugs that make you sick. Number four
is the death of the first son, if there was a newborn
baby God would kill him, it even killed the son of
the pharaoh. Number five. is lice. The fifth one was
hail this was when hail came down to egypt and it
hit the ground very hard. Number seven was, boil
this struck the Egyptians and it was painful.
Number sixth one was when wild animals arrived
to the land of the Pharaoh. The eighth one was
called locus. After that the Pharaoh got very mad
and said to the jews that they have to leave, then
the Jews left and followed Mosses. After that the
Pharaoh said to his soldiers to search for them. In
addition the soldiers arrived and mosses had his
speciall stick with him and cut the ocean in half so

the Jews can pass. After they started passing, the

water began to fall on the egyptians and thats how
they died.
