Unit Summary
This course is designed to give you an understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects relating
to how organizations can have a competitive advantage. It is important to link the concepts learnt in
previous course to this course. Some of the major concepts that will be covered include: SWOT
Analysis, BCG Matrix, PESTEL Framework and Leadership.
