Business Lounge
The Business Lounge is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, providing you a place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The Business Lounge is equipped with a gourmet coffee machine for refreshments. An assortment of snacks is also
provided for your purchase.
Meeting Rooms
We have 2 meeting rooms that can accommodate 6 - 10 guests, available for your use. Equipment such as LCD
Projectors, TV/DVDs, flip charts, etc. are also available. Additionally, we can arrange for catering or accommodate other
special requests to ensure that your next meeting is a success. For meeting room reservations at this centre, you can
book your demand via Servio website, or simply contact our Reception for further assistance .
Day Office
Our ready-to-work office comes with everything you need to be productive ; Furniture, telephone, internet, available
hourly or daily bases upon your request. For Reservations , please contact our Reception .
Lobby Directory
Your company name may be listed on the Servio Reception Directory to easily identify your company to visitors. If you
have not already requested this service and are interested in having your company name to be listed, please let the
Reception know.

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS
Servio internet service is available when you are using our Meeting Room or Day Office Wifi
connection.
How to connect to the internet?
Connect to Servio.wifi wireless network, Once connected, you will be directed to open your
browser asking Wifi username and password. Please ask reception for further assistance.
