residential community to be replicable in Davao City itself.
In order to attain such aims, the proponent will apply the study of Biophilic
design with the application of Davao Citys urban morphology into the proposed
community. The different categories and patterns of Biophilic design will provide the
framework for understanding and enabling thoughtful integration of a rich diversity of
strategies into the proposed community. While comprehending the aspects and
elements of Davao Citys urban morphology will be the manner in determining the
factors in choosing the most suitable site for development.
