to get a part-time job whilst studying my A-Levels. This gave me more
confidence when speaking to new people. I ended up leaving after a year to
focus more on my A-levels as my exams were coming up.
Skills Acquired: Customer Service, Deliveries, Online Orders, Answering phones,
Tills etc.

River Island After leaving Mothercare to focus on my studies, I then applied to
work as a part-time Christmas Temp over the Christmas holidays for a bit of
money. I had never worked in such a big team before so doing this improved my
communication skills quite a bit as we always had to work as a team and
communicate to get the jobs done properly.
Skills Acquired: Customer Service
June 2015 Present
Warren James Jewellers I currently work here as a Weekend Staff. When I
first started, the company were short on staff so I was working around 30 hours a
week when I was contracted 13.5 hours. Being given the opportunity to do these
hours helped my confidence greatly as I was always around new people and
interacting with customers. It gave me a feel of full-time work and I feel it helped
me mature a lot.
