CONTRACT DURATION: LAYCAN 10 (TEN) WORKING DAYS
PAYMENTS TERMS: BANK GUARANTEE TO BY ISSUE BY BUYER AND BE ACTIVATED BY 2% PB WHILE
PAYMENT IS MADE AFTER DELIVERY INTO STORAGE.
PROCEDURES:
A, Seller issue Full Corporate Offer
B, Buyer reviews and accepts with an Official Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order
C, Seller and Buyer exchanges Sales and Purchase contracts and fully execute same.

D, Seller banker issues RWA to buyers bankers via email to receive Bank Guarantee for full value of
cargo.
E, Buyers bank confirms RWA and Issues Bank Guarantee (BG) for full value of cargo to be activated by
Sellers 2% performance bond (PB)
F, Sellers via seller bank confirms BG and issues 2% PB to activate BG.
G, The Buyers BG is confirmed and Vessel sets sail from load port and within 10 working days, drops
anchor at stipulated jetty and calls Buyers inspectors on board for Q & Q.
H, Q & Q report is out and furnished to Seller and Buyer. Upon approval, discharge into the buyers stank
farm is authorized.
I, Payment is made via electronic transfer based on the outturned liters as per Seller final commercial
invoice.
VALIDITY PERIOD: This Offer is valid till the 6th of June, 2016
