PLC BASED ONLINE INSPECTION MACHINE.

Description:
Conveyor systems are using in many industrial applications; in this
projects conveyor is used for analyze the quality of given object with the help of PLC.
Methodology:
This project is designed by following blocks,
PLC.
Conveyor model.
DC motor.
IR sensor.
In this project we are using PLC for analyze the quality of the Object. Conveyor is
used for carrying the object from one end to another end. We have IR sensor in conveyor
for detect the object when they comes. If the object is detected means it will send a low
pulse to PLC. Then the PLC on its timer until the object is crossed the IR sensor, the PLC
will compare this time with predefined time, if both are matched, the object will be
placed in the another end of conveyor, if not matched means the PLC will on the DC
motor using driver circuit to rotate the rod in 360 degrees, to place the object in un
qualified box. This can be achieved by the mechanical model.

Application:
Used in the product packing.
Used to check the quality of any objects.
Advantages:

Low cast.
