RENTAL AGREEMENT

This RENTAL DEED made and executed on this the 19th day of Mar, 2016 at
Hyderabad, Telangana State, Between:

Sri. B.SIVA SHANKAR REDDY S/o.B.Sivalinga Reddy

, aged 40 years, R/o.H.No.

B-86, Apuroopa Colony, Jeedimetla, Quthubullapur Circle, Ranga Reddy District,

Greataer Hyderabad, Telangana State.
(Herein after referred as Owner)

Sri. T.SURENDRA BABU S/o. Subbarayudu , aged 23 years, R/o. H.No. B-86,

Apuroopa Colony, Jeedimetla,, Quthubullapur Circle, Ranga Reddy District, Greataer

Hyderabad, Telangana State.
(Herein after referred as Tenant)

Both the House owner and the Tenant agree on the following Terms and Conditions of
this agreement of lease;

1.

The Owner is the absolute owner of a portion in house bearing H.No. B-86,

Apuroopa Colony, Jeedimetla, Quthubullapur Circle, Ranga Reddy District, Greataer

Hyderabad, Telangana State.
2. The Tenant approached the House owner and expressed his willingness to take one
portion in the above said house, on rent and the owner also agreed to let out the same.
3. The owner let out the said house at a rent of Rs.2800/- per Month. The Tenant
agrees to take the aforesaid house on rent at the aforesaid rate of rent. The Rental
advance of Rs.2800/- has been given to House owner. The advance shall not carry any
interest.
4. That the rent is to commence with effect from 01-01-2016. The rent will be increased
10% every year.
5. That the Tenant shall use the premises exclusively for residence purpose and shall
not sublet the premises without the written permission of the House owner.
6. That the Tenant shall pay the Electricity charges/Building maintenance in respect of
rental premises to the House owner or pay directly to the respective agencies in addition
to the payment of rent as aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the House owner and Tenant have signed this deed on
the day, month and year first above written.
