An additional comment. I didn't see the original question and don't wish to
engage in semantics. However, depending on your production process it may be
convenient to have several unitary operations for which you may want to have
several BPR. If you find you have to add many annex documents to each BPR
you should critically evaluate whether its original MBPR document is fully
complete or relevant. Finally, to discriminate between all the different
documents that need to be included I would call the dispatch record
mentioned below a (uniquely numbered) Production Dossier which when complete
should include :
*If appropriate, a copy of the relevant Processing Instruction(s) and sop(s)
*completed BPR (there may be more than one if the process comprises several
unitary steps)
*all supporting forms or record or equivalent with registered data etc
*a report on the batch
There will be an equivalent Control Dossier for the QC testing part.
