Types of Contract
The employer has to take care of the tax and employment responsibilities for
their staff which depends on the type of contract they have.
Contracts under seal is a contract that is an enforceable legal document but
only if it is sealed with a stamp. The stamp represents the agreement by parties
which have legal consequences. If the contract is not stamped then it is not
valid.
Express contract terms are stated by the party, either orally or in writing, at the
time of its making. This has to be definite offer from the contractor which has to
be consented by the contracted person.
Types of Contract
Implied contracts is as strong as a promise. This is between to people who just
mutually agree to the terms. They are as binding as express contracts. In order
for them to be bound, there has to be a party to make it official.
Executed contracts and Executory contracts has nothing needed to be done by
either party. This is a misnomer because the completion of performances by the
parties signifies that a contract no longer exists. An executory contract is one in
which some future act or obligation remains to be performed according to its
terms.
Bilateral and Unilateral contracts is a mutual promise between both people.
Also known as a two-sided contract because it includes two promises.
Unconscionable Contracts is one sided which is in favour to the side with the
most power. This contract isnt one to be accepted by a mentally competent
worker because it isnt fair or decent.
