Dear Ms. Gito
With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you as a
final resort. This letter is regarding a formal complaint against my co-worker, Ms.
Carol Leonen A CSO Title release associate. I state that the following are true and
correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, depose and say that the
inappropriate behavior of Ms. Leonen towards me has become extremely hostile
and I must ask that measures be taken to remedy this situation.
On November 25, 2015, Ms. Leonen emailed me, what actually happened was
so far "over the line" that I felt compelled to recite the facts of the situation. She
accused me of being a sluggard, liar, sneaky, immature, not deserved to be
respected as her team lead, has an unbecoming attitude for a leader and she
insisted that I intentionally prolonged her processes with me. Her unprofessional
behavior has impacted me so severely. I personally felt she has no place interacting
with the public when she lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.
On December 17, 2015 at around 5:20 in the afternoon, she instigated a fight
with me and provokes me to fight back but I remain calm and silent to maintain the
decorum and integrity in the office. She started shouting and pointing fingers
towards me with lack of sufficient provocation on my part because I was just
focusing on my work when she started scandalizing even though I felt harassed and
belittled by her and have suffered stress. I have tried to reach out to her, but her
attitude has been dismissive. Though, she has been a loyal employee of the
company, such kind of behavior is unacceptable for the high standards our
company has set wherein it affects the integrity, commitment and teamwork in our
workplace. I was mortified, and I am embarrassed to say that I was so dumbfounded
by Ms. Leonens rude behavior. This incident was witnessed and can be testified by
the booking associates Kristian Lopez and Jamayka Ayo, Reservation Senior
Associate Charidel Romano, Reservation Associate Veronica Sabellano, Docket
custodian Angel Malana, Colllection processor Monalisa Santina, Brand Executive
Mar Francisco, After specialist senior associate Zheryl Gazo, Communication
Processor Jenny Rhoa Osia and CSO Team Lead contractual Warren Alvarez.
I have already consulted a lawyer and considering of filing a suit against her if
she will not revamp her attitude. I suggest that she receive a formal letter from your
department, regarding her behavior and camaraderie towards her workmates. If
possible have a personal meeting with her, and please find out if she is suffering
from any personal issues or if there was any professional jealousy with me. I believe
that the entire staff has been affected by this atmosphere of negative and
threatening behavior. I respectfully request that Ms. Leonen be held accountable for
her actions because she makes employees feel uncomfortable and actually
interferes with our ability to work. I also suggest for a disciplinary action of
suspension without pay to compensate my emotional disturbances. I wish your
urgent attention in this matter as efforts from my side have gone in vain. I am a
hardworking and loyal employee, but the stress of this situation has given me
undue anxiety about coming into work. I trust in your discretion and promptness in

addressing and mediating this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your time
and consideration.
