helped in using different teaching strategies and to develop action
plans cycles in the form of lessons to improve and change the
situation. As Norton (2009) agrees,

Listening is receptive and meaningful process as Stabb (1992)


emphasizes that Listening is an active process of constructing
meaning and for this to happen, listeners need active mental
involvement. While good instructions and lots of practice can
help improve listening skills, this won't happen without
meaningful talk in the classroom (p.7).

(1986) defines, Oral communication is a two way process
between the speaker and the listener and involves the
productive skills of speaking and the receptive skills of
