    At the end of the work shift, it was reported that a worker had fallen from 14.80 meters through 43 cm. wide opening
    of the median barriers in location Ch. 4+600 to Ch. 4+800, P-N 55. Soon after the incident was discovered, we
    contacted Kuwait emergency service and the injured worker was immediately transported to Sabah surgical hospital,
    by MOH ambulance, and lately at arrival he was declared dead.
