outside the scope of the
management plan for protected
areas shall be subject to an EIA and
the results shall reflect on the

Ancestral Land in Protected

Area
Ancestral lands and cutomary rights
and interests arising shall be
accorded due recognition
DENR may set rules and regulations
to govern ancestral lands. They may
be evicted without consent as long
as there is notice and hearing.

Hunting, destroying, disturbing or mere
possession of any plants or animals or
products derived without permit
Dumping of waste products
Use of motorized equipment without permit
Mutilating defacing or destroying objects of
natural beauty or objects of interest to
cultural communities
Damaging roads and trails

Squatting, mineral locating or occupying the
land
Constructing or maintaining any kind of
structure, fence or enclosures
Conducting any business without permit
Leaving in exposed in unsanitary conditions
refuse or debris or depositing in ground or
bodies of water
Altering, removing destroying or defacing
boundary signs or marks
