To whom it may concern,

Mrs. Maria Ortiz has worked with me since September 2013. She has been invaluable
in assisting me in all the duties associated with running the International Education
Office. Mrs. Ortiz has excellent organizational skills. She has been in charge of all the
student travel applications and scholarships, and has excelled at keeping this process
running flawlessly. She has also shined at managing and reporting on all the complex
financial processes associated with our study abroad programs. Her ability to prepare
reports and work with budgets is one of Mrs. Ortiz' highest qualities.
In addition, Mrs. Ortiz has developed important marketing skills. She has been
responsible for advertising study abroad trips at events and orientation sessions and
has successfully designed marketing materials for our programs. She is also very
proficient in the use of email marketing services, such as Mail Chimp.
Mrs. Ortiz is extremely dependable. She is always on time, has a high sense of
responsibility, and is extremely hard working. She has demonstrated an
extraordinary curiosity and a good disposition towards learning new tasks and using
new software. Mrs. Ortiz is not intimidated by the use of technology and is highly
adaptable. She has become an essential part of our team.
