Managed the section training and readiness program which consisted of the creation of over 25
classes, tracking and annotating training received, and giving instructions with multimedia aide.

Responsible for leading, training, and mentoring of over 100 marines in education, work
performance, leadership and personal development, from groups of 5 to 25 at a time while filling
the responsibility of Supply Chief. Created and implemented a training program on the use of
training plans, tracked classes taught, reviewed classes given, and updated material as
required. These training programs resulted in a 100 percent score during 3 Marine Corps
inspections.
Supervised 4 warehouse managers in 4 different location as well as 25 Marines and created,
tracked, and received over 10,000 purchase order request on an annual basis. Reorganized
and implemented standard operating procedures for warehouse receiving and issuing resulting
in better accountability and a smaller perpetual inventory of goods received. Managed the units
capitol assets which consisted of over $3 million dollars of items that were placed at various
locations in different states.
As Fiscal Chief, reconciled past budgets to coordinate with over 10 different sections to
consolidate and create the annual budgets for 3 fiscal years. Monitored the budget throughout
the year to hit budgeted exercise marks and quarterly budgeted amounts. Analyzed, certified,
and facilitated over 50,000 purchases of fuel, purchase orders, credit card purchases, travel
orders and payments to different military installations.
As Host Nation advisor, hand selected to participate in a training team that included a 6 month
course in language training, culture training, and medical training, using a translator to
communicate, and planning and developing course material. Trained 4, Afghan National Army
officers on supply, logistic and leadership during my 6 month tour to Afghanistan which resulted
in unit being certified as capable to operate without U.S. advisors.
Trained and prepared over 90 local national guards in defensive tactics while serving as a
Marine Security Guard assigned to the American Embassies in Jerusalem, Rome and Cuba
over a the course of three years. Acted as an Ambassador of the Marine Corps to the host
nation and the State Department while providing over 6,000 hours of armed security guard

duties to protect the nations secrets.
