Prior Activity
Manpower Planning

Concerned Department/Line Manager


1.

[IRecruitment] Concerned department prepares the vacancy/requisition case and sends to group head for approval.
If required concerned department/line manager can create a test for the applicant before applying for the vacancy

[IRecruitment] Receive the vacancy/requisition case, for approval.

If approved, goto task #3. Otherwise, goto task #1.

[IRecruitment] Forward the case for approval to Human Resource Department.

[IRecruitment] Receive the requisition.

5.

[Manual] verify that if the requisite headcount is part of the approved Manpower Plan Budget

6.

[IRecruitment] if requisition is as per the budget then approves the requisition.

If approved, goto task #12. Otherwise, goto task #7.

[IRecruitment] Receive and makes correction for the request of requisition and send back to human resource department for approval.

8.

[IRecruitment] If position is critical then forward the request to HR for CEO for approval.

9.

[IRecruitment] receive the requisition and forward the case to CEO for approval.

10. [IRecruitment] Receive and discuss with Head of HR & Concerned Department Head and approves.
If approved, goto task #11. Otherwise, goto task #7.

12. [IRecruitment] concerned department can make applicants along with resume and details for the approved vacancy/position
13. [IRecruitment] External Candidates can apply for the published vacancy/position along with resume and details
14. [IRecruitment] Internal Candidates can apply for the published vacancy/position along with resume and details

15. [IRecruitment] Validate all the details/documents and criteria of candidates for the approved positions
If approved, goto task #16. Otherwise, goto task #17.
16. [IRecruitment] create the interview as per interview hierarchy matrix and send to candidate for an interview along with all details
17. [IRecruitment] Reject the application of Candidates

REMCO / Head of HR / Line Manager


18. [IRecruitment] Interviews are conducted as per the interview hierarchy matrix; assessment form is filled and forward to HR/Concerned dept.

Interview by REMCO will be conducted and forward Manually

19. [IRecruitment] Receive the Interview Assessment from interviewer
20. [IRecruitment] create an offer letter and forward to Concerned Head / Head of HR for approval.

21. [IRecruitment] Receive an Offer Letter for the approval.
In absence of Head of HR signing authority will be delegated and will be followed.
If approved, goto task #22. Otherwise, goto task #20.

22. [IRecruitment] Receive and Send an offer letter to selected candidates for the Job through system.
23. [IRecruitment] In case proposed offer is not accepted by the candidate, the offer is reviewed and revised accordingly and sends back to
candidate.

24. [IRecruitment] Receive an offer letter and submit the acceptance/rejection of offer letter along with reason to the concerned department.

25. [IRecruitment] Receive the Offer letter acceptance/Rejection along with the reasons
If accepted, goto task #26. Otherwise, goto task #23.
26. [Manual] Ask for the joining date and documents submission from a candidate and share the joining details with HR

27. [Manual] upon joining, joining documents are filled and submitted to concerned department.

28. [IRecruitment] Initiate the hiring of selected candidate after joining.
