What form do you want this project to take? A 12 x 18 layout that will be trimmed to 11 x 17
with full bleed. Final document will be printed in full color on both sides with a center fold that will
result in four 8.5 x 11 panels. CMYK Format with 300 DPI resolution for High Res Printing.
What are the deliverables? (size, software application file format, print or electronic, etc.)
Designer to provide fully editable files in Adobe PhotoShop or InDesign and print-ready pdf.
What date does this project need to be completed by? Print-ready by 5/19/2016
Mandatory items:
What are the corporate identity requirements? (Logos, logo standards, corporate Pantone
colours, symbols, trademarks, signature motifs, or other graphic elements) Logos will be
provided in Photoshop with Pantone colors. Landmark Logo has transparent elements which can
be placed over other colors as needed/appropriate.
What must be included? Attractive graphic cover, Company Overview, By the Numbers Graphic
and Information, Key Staff Information, Contact Information
Items to Avoid: Purple, Pink, feminine colors and motifs, Whimsical themes, script fonts, clutter,
big blocks of color

What tone and imagery will engage the audience? Professional layout with organized, easy to
read text. Traditional colors with a graphic, magazine feel will allow audience to easily follow our
