GUIDELINES FOR PAYMENT


The following rules and regulations shall apply to matters regarding payment for the event:
1. Confirmation form and respective schools logo must be sent to jpiadlsud@gmail.com on or
before February 22, 2016.
2. The registration fee is as follows:
Payment on or before February 22, 2016 (Early Bird)
Payment from February 23 to February 29, 2016 (Regular)
Payment on March 06, 2016 (Walk in)

3. The fee is inclusive of food and certificates.


4. The Local Chapter President will collect the registration fee from the delegates/participants from its
Local Chapter. Afterwards, he/she will contact the authorized payee, Ms. Anahstaceah G. Bacit,
Chief Financial of Cavite JPIA, at 0917-301-2079 or through her e-mail address at
cfo@cajpia.com.
5. We shall observe the policy that once a delegate was enlisted during the pre-registration, JPIA
DLSUD will assume that the delegate will join the cup and will pay the corresponding registration
fee whether or not he arrives on the day of the event.
6. Walk in participants are allowed but HIGHLY discouraged. JPIA DLSUD does not assure that walk
in participants will receive food and certificates.
7. Acknowledgement receipt shall be issued upon payment.
