Content Management and Security of Information:

1. On the website have been prepared for each Asean host country an empty space to be lled with
general as well as specic informa3on from their respec3ve host countries. This empty space are
grouped according to the features, which has been men3oned above, and is the responsibility of
each Asean host country to ll it.
2. To maintain the security and authen3city of the informa3on, the system has set the authority of
each country through ID / password to avoid mistakes lling. ID / password given in one Asean
host country can not be used to ll in informa3on from other host countries, on the contrary
Asean secretariat also can not ll, update or change the informa3on, which are the responsibility
of the host country.
3. Each Asean country will be provided at least four ID / password to be used as follows

4. FAQ as well as informa3on related to general subject will be managed by the Asean Secretariat,
FAQ related to country specic subject will be redirected to the administrator of des3na3on host
country.

5. As shown from the above picture, the registra3on request will be redirected to the HRH
Observatory website of des3na3on host country. Each request will follow the rules of each PRA of
host countries, in the Asean Healthcare Services website there is no features for registra3on, nor
data of the applicant.
