Introduction
The following research report will illuminate the intentions, capabilities, actions and outcomes
of various persons and parties who have conspired to create a condition to limit the ability for
the country of Curacao to become a fully autonomous entity as a wholly sovereign country of
the world separate entirely of the Dutch Netherlands government and kingdom.
The research report concentrates on various persons and parties that could have worked in
concert to create ongoing public discontent, loss of life, loss of liberties and character
assassinations by way of the propagation of private documents that were leaked and by way
of false claims for the purpose of controlling the future outcome of the country of Curacao.
All information contained in this report has been collected via publicly available content
residing on various Internet web sites and repositories.
The report is yet to be validated by a higher authority to determine the true source of the
leaked private documents as well as other illegally obtained information and the persons who
participated in the coup against the government of Curacao as it relates to the former Prime
Minister Gerrit Schotte, Cicely van der Dijs and members of the Schotte cabinet.
The prosecution and opponents of Gerrit Schotte have created a situation where the public
perspective would be negative towards Schotte and his cabinet which undermined Schottes
abilities to affectively govern the newly formed entity. Critical questions about the entire
conspiracy from the point of view of both camps have not been investigated satisfactorily with
the care and dedication needed to maintain the national security of Curacao.
Critical questions such as:

What was the succession plan to allow Curacao to become a fully autonomous country
in the world stage?

How and what was the process by which the Governor (Netherlands) would have cause
to request an inquiry of conduct on the candidates and cabinet members?

How was the custody of classified information handled by the parties responsible with
the investigations? This questions the defined protocols and is related to the activities of
all persons and agencies involved with this matter specifically and then also on a
broader scale since the leaking of private or classified information may have been more
prevalent prior to Mr. Schotte taking office.

Who and how did any classified information leak from the offices of the Secret Service?
As mentioned above there are clear and written protocols that failed when Mr. Schotte
was coming into office and continued to fail after he was actively the Prime Minister of
the newly formed country of Curacao.
Furthermore, as this has been an ongoing situation since 2010, and now six years later, custody
of sensitive classified government and personal information regarding many persons within the
Curacao political membership is still being leaked to the press. It would seem that the
relationship between Dutch and Curacao Parliamentarians and the news syndicate of the
Caribbean and Netherlands is causing disruption in order to maintain a higher level agenda.

Participants
The following persons have been identified as being party to the broader conspiracy to
undermine the voters (the people of Curacao) who elected Gerrit Schotte as the first prime
minister of the newly formed country of Curacao. Our discovery starts here and will continue till
all active participants have been identified. We intend to show that these people could have
participated in the scheme which followed the transitional government in which Curacao and
its people have been materially harmed while the persons described here have materially
benefited considerably by their actions.
Each profile will provide links and information obtained via general Internet searches. The point
of this is to provide a persona profile that illuminates the intentions, capabilities, actions and
outcomes of each person and collectively as a major conspiracy to suppress the forward
progress of a people and a nation by persecuting those that would bring the wants and needs
of the people of Curacao as their first priority above all others.
The participants described herein are not conclusive to the overall magnitude of the resources
that have gone into the last six years worth of effort, time and money to undermine a prolific
leader but also the people of a free nation.

Nardy became a world traveler after graduating Stedelijk Gymnasium Leeuwarden traveling

impact of the presence of the oil refinery of the island of Curaao.

from 2007 to 2010. She was also the Last Minister of Education and Public Health of the former
Netherlands Antilles from 2006 2010. She also held the portfolio of minister of Traffic and

Currently Ms. Leeflang is retired according to one of her LinkedIn pages. However, she is
active as an Independent member of Parliament of Curacao regarding Public Policy.
Formally with the yellow party PAR she left with her parliamentary seat and became an

John H Baselmans is a Dutch artist, sculptor, graphics designer and illustrator. He has lived and
worked in Curacao since 1982. Since 1984 Baselmans has designed postal stamps for the
Netherlands Antilles and has worked as an illustrator on different school books.
John attended the Graphics School (University) and The Free Academy in Eindoven
Netherlands. He has attended several drawing courses such as airbrushing and architectural
rendering in the United States. More recently, he has organized exhibitions in several countries
and has written several e-books.
Baselmans published a book in 2011 titled Curcacao Maffia Eiland. The book references
Schotte on page 23, 31, 34, 38, 39,43, 46, 53, 61, 83, 86, 92, 93, 98, 99, 102, 103, 104, 115,
206 ~ at this point we are only allowed to view 108 of the 492 pages within this book without
purchase. The book also makes reference to Omayra Leeflang and other persons/parties related
herein to this campaign to put misinformation, fear and doubts into the public space.
This is one of several books where Mr. Baselmans makes unsubstantiated claims against
Schotte and others. He has made a living and personally gained from his actions by altering
truths to fit his agenda.

Francesco Corallo

An Italian casino owner living in St. Martin. A man who likely has many relations with persons in
the hospitality and gaming community. Mr. Corallo maintains a vast organization and enjoys the
acquaintance of many persons both political and not.

Casino. Mr. Corallo maintained several casinos in Curacao.

Dick Piar has been the Attorney General in Curacao from 2002 to his present retirement.
There has not been any investigation regarding the leak VDC documents of which Mr. Piar could
have had access to via Edsel Gumbs and his VDC staff. Furthermore, the breach in process
regarding Anti Money Laundering (AML) and other related agency procedures should have
been investigated by Mr. Piar or at the least sincerely questioning to ensure the validity and

Rubien Suriel is a semi-retired Banking Professional. Previously he in Managerial positions for
the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles. 1981 2010.
Currently he is the Chairman of the group Fundashon Akshon Sivil which is opposition to the
Schotte MFK organization.
Rubien currently uses his position, resources, influence and reach at FAS to undermine Schotte
and MFK. He continues to propagate slanderous and libel information through his online media
accounts.
It is estimated that Mr. Suriel has led a million-dollar smear campaign against MFK. Funding and
support for the smear campaign is suspected from coming from his foundation and his
relationships with Emsly Tromp from the Central Bank.
A second smear campaign was carried out by Mr. Suriel via Bai Ganga Baka.

Mr. Suriel had intention, he had motive, he had capability, he had resources and he acted upon
each of these to not only accomplish overthrowing the government led by Schotte but also
gained in monetary, lifestyle, access and influence beyond what he could achieve without
carrying out the illegal actions to slander and besmirch targeted persons.

Conclusion
In this discovery we can bring forward the notion that the ingredients and recipe for the coup
to overthrow and then continue to subvert the governance of Curacao as an autonomous
country within the world stage was in fact perpetrated by a wide spread initiative with support
from the Government of the Netherlands, local Curacao politicians and political groups, as well
as local and foreign secret service and law enforcement agencies.
It is our determination that a full scale examination into the conduct of the Governors office
and the Secret Service of both the Netherlands and Curacao should immediately commence by
a higher authority.
Furthermore, the Office of the Attorney General should be scrutinized for the use third party
investigators and for false allegations and claims which have cause irreparable harm to the
targeted persons related to Gerrit Schottes Prime Ministership.
The predominant outcome of the actions and impact of the participants of the conspiracy will
be yet to be determined unless the wrongs conducted by elected officials can be at last known
in truth and reality.
