the Simplified User Registration (SUR) infrastructure to support externally
delegated user provisioning. The challenge is that the current provisioning
infrastructure has Counterparties dispersed among several applications,
making each a potential source of record (SOR), none of which are connected
or systematically updated or reconciled. Database must include all Single
Family Counterparties that interact with Freddie Mac, including all
