Note:Schedule of activities of admission round for J & K Migrant, Children of NRI/OCI/ PIO, Children of
Indian workers in Gulf countries, Foreign National as the case may be will be notified separately on
website.
The List of the institutes identified as Facilitation Centers (FC) and Admission reporting Centers
(ARC) is available on the website.
2. The candidates are required to produce the documents in original for verification and Confirmation
of Application Form at Facilitation Center (FC).
3. Candidates are advised to keep the necessary documents ready and scan all the documents.
4. If candidates fail to confirm online filled Application Form at Facilitation Center (FC), then such
applications will be rejected and name of such candidates will not appear in the merit list(s)
prepared for the purpose of Admission for both CAP as well as non CAP process.
5. All Backward Class candidates excluding SC & ST should produce Non Creamy Layer certificate
valid up to 31st March 2017 at the time of verification of documents at Facilitation Center (FC), if
these candidates are not able to produce the Non Creamy Layer certificate, then such candidates
will be treated as GENERAL category candidates and such candidates will not be able to claim
Reserved seats in the admission process.
6. Application received after the due date from candidates belonging to J & K Migrant, NRI/OCI/PIO,
Children of Indian workers in Gulf countries, Foreign National categories will be summarily
rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Such Candidates will get the
Receipt-cum-Acknowledgement through their login after verification & confirmation of application
form.
7. Candidates who have purchased application kit as a reserved category candidate but unable to
produce required documents for reservation claim during documents verification, shall have to pay
difference amount of fees of Rs. 100/- at the Facilitation Center (FC) in cash.
8. Once the candidate confirms his/her Option form online through his/her Login for the respective
admission rounds, Candidate will not be allowed to change/cancel the option/preference
submitted under any circumstances.
9. The Seat Acceptance fees of Rupees 3000/- for General Category, VJ/DT, NT, SBC/OBC
category and Rupees 1000/- for SC, ST category candidates is to be paid by Demand Draft in
favour of 'Commissioner, State CET Cell, Maharashtra State, Mumbai' payable at Mumbai.
Candidates are advised to get this demand draft ready well in advance so as to avoid delay
due to Bank holidays.

All FCs shall remain open on all days including holidays and Sundays for submission &
confirmation of application form during the schedule.
