5.TheSellerreviewsandconfirmsanychangesmadeindraftcontractbytheBuyer.If
theSelleragreestothechangesmadebyBuyer,theSellerissuesthefinalbindingcontract
viafaxoremail.
6.TheBuyerreturnsthefinalagreedcontractdulysignedandsealedviaemailorfax.
7.TheSellerwillthenscanthefullysigned,sealedandinitialledContractandemailorfax
theSoftCopiestotheBuyer.
8.TheSellerwillissuetothebuyerfour(4)originalhardcopiesofthecontractviacourier

9.ImmediatelyuponreceivingtheSellerssignedandsealedHardCopiesofthecontract
