That a public hearing will be held on the 13" day of June, 2016, at 7:00 p.m, before
the Municipal Land Use Board of the Borough of Roselle Park, 110 East Westfield
‘Avenue, Roselle Park, NJ, on the appeal or application of Meridia on Westfield, Roselle
Park, ULC, for relief s0 as to permit the demolition of all existing structures and the
construction of two six story buildings to house 213 apartment units. The applicant
seeks variances/deviations from the provisions of the Westfield Avenue Redevelopment
Plan relative to bullding helght and 2 waiver for the size of parking stalls on premises
located at 220, 230, 240, 248 and 250 West Westfield Avenue and designated as Block
314, Lots 8-12'an the Tax Map, located in a B-3 Arterial Business/Redevelopment Zone.
