Title of the unit/module: Training the Trainer
Target Audience: Adult Human Service, Education, Security, Law Enforcement, Health Care,
and Mental Health professionals, ages 18-80
Terminal Objective: Learners demonstrate Nonviolent Crisis Intervention sanctioned teaching
techniques when presenting content in a group setting.
List Pre-instructional Strategy: At the end of this unit, you will be able to:
Use the adult learning formula term, definition, examples to present declarative knowledge.
Use the adult learning formula demonstrate, participate, explain to present procedural
knowledge.
Teach a unit or section of the program using the Instructor Guide and adult learning formulas.
