Why ELYSSA D. DURANT's Payments Changed Because of her income, she was not eligible to receive Supplemental Security Income payments for May 2007 and for October 2007.
Information About ELYSSA D. DURANT's SSI Payments
• Because we already paid her $549.10 for May 2009 and another $67.40 of the money due her for this month was withheld to collect excess payments for other periods, $57.50 is the rest of the new payment due her for that month.
• You should receive the check no later than May 30, 2009.
• You should receive a check on June 1, 2009 for $549.10 and an additional check on June 2, 2009 for $57.50. The total of the two checks, $606.60, is the new payment due her for June 2009.
• Her regular monthly check of $606.60 will be sent to you about the first day of July 2009.
• The new payment due her as shown above is the amount we would send each month if we were not recovering an overpayment. Because we will continue to withhold $67.40 each month until the remaining overpayment of $556.29 is recovered, her new payment amount will be $606.60 beginning July 2009.
