CALIFORNIA’S DOWN-SIZED COLLEGE DEGREE.

IT WILL COST 20% MORE.

AND BE WORTH 20% LESS.

For some, a diploma sums up two decades of classwork...for others, it’s a ticket to the American dream.
For the rest of us, it represents the trained brainpower and higher earning power to carry the sixth
largest economy on earth through the 21st Century. That’s why, through good times and bad over
the past forty years, the State of California has promised to keep pace with rising university
enrollments and the exponential growth in knowledge. Now it does neither. California can’t ride
on its reputation. It has to keep earning it. Just like its graduates. Call Gov. Schwartzenegger’s office
at 916-445-2841 or email him at governor@governor.ca.gov. Tell him a California degree isn’t
worth the paper it’s printed on if
the State doesn’t stand behind it.
