SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION."

Amendment No. 1 to House Bill No. 1174.

Amend House Bill No. 1174 as originally introduced:

Page 2, insert a new section immediately following Section 1 to read as

follows:

" SECTION 2. SPECIAL LANGUAGE. NOT TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE ARKANSAS

CODE NOR PUBLISHED SEPARATELY AS SPECIAL, LOCAL OR TEMPORARY LAW. FUNDING
TRANSFER. Immediately upon the effective date of this Act, and
notwithstanding the provisions of A.C.A. 18-28-213 (c)(2) regarding the
transfer of funds from the Unclaimed Property Proceeds Trust Fund to the
general revenues of the state, the Auditor of State shall transfer on his or
her books and those of the State Treasurer and the Chief Fiscal Officer of
State the sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) from the Unclaimed
Property Proceeds Trust Fund to the Public Health Fund established by A.C.A.
19-5-307."

AND

Appropriately renumber all Sections of the bill.
