Description of duties:
1) To receive telephone calls from outside
2) To greet visitors/consultants
3) To register visitor by providing the list
4) Performs other duties

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Essential: Completion of secondary education.
Skills:
Functional Skills and Knowledge:
Training in various computers softwares and being able to operate the work by using computer softwares.
Knowledge of office practice and routines.
Experience:
Essential: Three years of experience in working for WHO or other UN Agencies and knowledge of
government department and their procedures of the work an advantage.
Languages:
Essential: Beginners knowledge of spoken and written English

Annual salary:
