Medecins Sans Frontieres has worked in the
wars and conflicts of the world for all of its
history. This includes having medical teams in
Rwanda during the genocide, in Srebrenica
during the 1995 massacre, in the Darfur region
of Sudan since 2003 and many others. In light
of this experience and in light of MSFs goal to
continue to have medical teams responding to
these crisis, what approach should the MSF
movement take towards the "Will to Intervene"
and the "Responsibility to Protect" reports?
