TERMS & CONDTIONS
•Only residents of the Greens are permitted to reserve a clubhouse. Either Ridge Oak or White Oak may
be reserved but not for the same date.
•Residents are limited to no more than two (2) events per year for "Resident Private Parties".
•All Reservations must be made through Management and are processed on a first come, first served
basis.
•The Board of Directors has the right to approve or deny any reservation request

** Residents who request the use of 1 of the clubhouses for a Bereavement or Memorial
event, with or without guests pay no fees except the refundable $350 deposit and the 30 day
