(PEOP)

I am directed to refer to subject cited above. Latest status on the decisions taken in
the meeting held under the chairmanship of Chairman, P&D Board on 10-03-2010 has been
prepared in annotated form for kind perusal as under:

3 Office space would be allocated for PCU At 5th floor two rooms have been
at P&D. allocated for PCU.
4 BODs for PSDF would be finalized soon. Summary has been sent to Chief
Minister for approval.
5 Appointment of legal expert for PEOP. Chairman P&D Board, has
interviewed the legal expert.
6 Chief Economists and Chief (RP) would Being focal person PEOP both
provide support to PCU. officers are coordinating for
implementation of PEOP activates.
