My Reaction

Last July we had our first shipboard which held at the Opol port. That was my first time

to experience visiting the port. It sounds interesting to me and I felt nervous and doubt because

it feels like I got hard time in coping with the experience of being a seaman, besides I am also

afraid to the sink on the sea. But during that day I was amused upon arriving to the port seeing

ships and cargo ships. When I hasn’t ride and just see the ship I felt excitement and it makes

me feel what a real worker of the sea feels like. While I was on the ship seeing the different

parts of it, especially to the engine, it looks like dirty but I see it more challenging because I

know it was my future job. And when I’m at the bridge, that was my first time riding the “tag

boat” I feels like it was a great job and I motivated to study hard and learn listen more too every

mentors that speak to our classes. After the experience that I have, when we got home I was

thinking that the job in the future will be harder than the actual that I got that day.
