What Are The “Tai Chi for Health” Program?

Combining traditional Tai Chi with modern knowledge, Dr. Paul Lam created the Tai Chi for Health programs with a team of
Tai Chi experts and medical specialist. These programs are safe, effective and easy-to-learn. Scientific studies with evidences
have shown improvement in health, quality of life and balance. Fir this, organizations including Arthritis Foundation in USA,
Australia and Singapore, Arthritis Care of UK, Diabetes Australia and Osteoporosis Australia are supporting this program
