Loan Fee Agreement

BY SIGNING BELOW I AGREE TO PAY THE LOAN SUPERVISOR FEE OF 10% UPON PAYOUT.
ALL Files will be Shopped, and Processed, Pre-Qualified, Prepare Initial RESPA and
Disclosures, DU/DO, Price the Loan, Order Data Verify, Transcripts, Appraisal, Title Insurance,
Clear Underwriting Conditions, Request Homeowner’s Insurance, and Closing Package, Lock
Loan and do Pre-Compliance. We Have 24 to 72 Business HRS to repond to all communication.

I further agree to the following processing fees:

All FHA/VA loans $595.00

All $595.00 (conforming & non-conforming). Where the states limit processing fees the max
allowed will be collected.
There are exceptions in NJ, processing fees cannot be collected. You will be compensated
when we collect the $1,025.00 that is considered an application fee on your GFE. Please note;
application fee does not permit that you collect up-front, it will be collected in the HUD.
Note – NV Processing Fee is $795.00
All commercial loans $995.00

These processing fees only, will be collected on the HUD at closing, where allowed, otherwise
Nations Funding Source Inc. will collect them, then reimburse the processor from proceeds.

I also agree if any file goes to any other processor - regardless of the reason, after it has been
worked on, I am still bound to this agreement for the Loan Supervisor fee and a reasonable
processing fee. I also agree that no other processor within Nations Funding Source, Inc., has worked
on this file - and I have not signed an agreement with them.
