    Greetings!

    To whom this may concern, please excuse my son Suhair Abangon for not being able to
    report to school last Friday in his college uniform, therefore being grounds for the confiscation of
    his I.D. His college uniform has been stained red by our house help by accident. Please know
    that we are aware of this matter and have given him the amount of money needed to purchase a
    new college shirt today, Friday August 19, 2010. Please allow my son to enter the premise of the
    school to be able to pay his tuition fee and to purchase a new college shirt.

    We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this incident may have caused. Hoping for your
    kind consideration regarding this matter.
