Walk-in Interview for the Post of Assistant Engineer (Civil)

& Junior Engineer (Civil)
Interested candidates are invited for a WALK-IN INTERVIEW for the post of
Assistant Engineer(Civil) and Junior Engineer(Civil) on Contractual Basis under National
Rural Health Mission, Assam on 27th August, 2010 from 10: 30 am onwards at the Office
of the Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission, Janapath, Khnapara,
Guwahati-22 for which no TA/DA shall be paid. Candidates will have to appear before
interview with Bio-data and all original testimonials.

The applicants shall have no claim in future for absorption in any Government Job.
The applicant when selected will have to stay in the place of posting. Contractual engagement
made shall not be transferable to other districts under any circumstances. The Assistant
Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Civil) who were selected under NRHM but not joined
or left after joining for various reasons need not come for the interview.

Eligibility, Qualification & Remuneration:

For Assistant Engineer(Civil)

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE (Section–A & Section–B) in civil
engineering from any recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 65 %
Marks.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in execution and supervision of construction works.
Preference will be given to the persons having working experience in health sector
organizations.
3. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
4. Working knowledge of computer is preferable.
Remuneration: Rs. 18,000/- p.m.

For Junior Engineer(Civil)

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Polytechnic/Institution with
minimum aggregate of 66% (Sixty Six Percent) Marks.
2. Persons having minimum 3 years experience in building construction and fully
convergent with measurement of building works including payment procedures.
Retired persons from Govt. Department as Junior Engineer with above experience
and sound health condition may also take part.
3. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
4. Working knowledge of computer is preferable.

Remuneration: Rs. 12,000/- p.m.
