LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

Joink LLC is hereby designated, engaged and authorized to act as our agent in all matters
pertinent to our telecom billings. You are authorized to deal directly with Joink LLC as my
agent and provide any requested account information and records.

We request that you provide Joink LLC with billing records, equipment records, service records,
traffic studies, term agreements, or any additional information they may require.

This Letter of Agency rescinds any other Letter of Agency heretofore executed by us and will
remain in effect until otherwise notified in writing by us or Joink LLC. Your cooperation in
assisting Joink LLC is greatly appreciated.
