    their can be no assurance that the task will be done .
    • So, there will be one organizational unit responsible for
    each element in the WBS & one person is that
    organizational unit to holds final responsibility.
    • Thus accountability implies a single names to be
    mapped to the task of elements of the WBS.
    • Accountability have the multiple levels below the top
    level of complete responsibility .
    • Accountability Matrix reflects considerable thoughts
    about the strategy of the programme
    • The one of its great advantage is that it forces the
    originator to think through the process of
    implementation
    Control System
     Periodic status checking will be performed monthly
     Labor costs will be collected manually & estimated
    where necessary with group engineering management.
     Out of pocket cost will be collected through
    commitments and invoice payment records.
     Monthly status report will be issued which including:
    COST TO DATE, COST VARIANCE,CHANGES IN SCOPE
    etc.
