The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response is in the business of research and
analysis.
The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response tracks events, giving law
enforcement a heads up for the potential of disorder as our bulletins provided to the
Commonwealth of PA clearly show. The Institute of Terrorism Research and
Response does not track people.
There is no “terror list”. Although the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response
does not know what other agencies do in the course of protecting the public in the
state of Pennsylvania, ITRR does not follow people, conduct surveillance,
photograph, or record individuals.
The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response respects all groups' constitutional
rights regarding free speech and assembly. We provide information on potential
issues that may require enhanced security responses in the protection of clients'
obligations to public safety and the protection of their assets.
The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response operates within scope of the law
in fulfilling the contractual obligations with all of its clients.
The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response is not employed by or part of the
government of Israel. The Institute of Terrorism Research and Response has no
clients in Israel.
Our clients range from Fortune 100 companies to companies protecting the world's
critical infrastructure. We do no advertising – our clients come solely from our
