In continuation of the above, the proposal has been examined in the meeting of the State
Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) held on 24.05.2008 and the Committee made the
following observations:
The proponent and their consultant presented the case before the SEAC. In addition to
the TORs submitted by the proponent, the following TORS are to be incorporated while
preparing the EIA report.

1. Green belt development programme and demarcation of areas under greenbelt.

2. Land use and land cover pattern using high resolution satellite data.
3. Ground water status (quality and quantity).
4. A detailed report on socio-economic data collection and impact analysis.
 The project proponent shall submit the final EIA after conducting the public hearing
duly incorporating the objections raised in the public hearing and also representations
received during the public hearing for final appraisal of SEAC.

In view of the above, the proponent is advised to prepare REIA and approach APPCB for
under going the process of public consultation. The proponent shall submit all the above
documents to the SEAC along with final EIA duly incorporating the issues raised in the
public consultation for appraisal.
